Saving the World was an interesting book, though not as good as How the Garcia Girls Lost Their Accents, In The Time of the Butterflies, In the Name of Salomé, or Yo!. There were a lot of disparate plot threads that didn't seem to fully connect together/5. World Saving Books makes engaging children’s literature about challenging topics.
